Marylène Kastrati-Lopes Diogo - Class of 2009
Meet Marylène, a multilingual marketing professional with a strong background in hospitality management and digital marketing.
After graduating from Haut-Lac in 2009, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with a focus on Marketing from the renowned Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. She then furthered her expertise with digital marketing diplomas from SAWI and a postgraduate course at the Digital Marketing Institute in Ireland. This blend of hospitality and marketing knowledge has shaped her career, allowing her to combine creativity with strategic thinking.
Marylène has built a successful career in digital communications, using her diverse skill set to lead both online and offline marketing projects. She has managed high-profile digital campaigns, boosting brand visibility, developing social media and CRM strategies, and creating data-driven content.
Her fluency in French, Portuguese, and English, along with intermediate Spanish and German, has enabled her to work across multiple international markets.
Looking back at her time at Haut-Lac, Marylène has fond memories of the school’s family spirit, which made it feel like a second home. She loved meeting classmates from different cultures and learning from them - an experience that sparked her passion for hospitality and multicultural networking. She also particularly enjoyed art lessons, which she believes continue to help her express creativity in her daily life.
